How to Play
Super Tic Tac Toe is played like a bigger version of Tic Tac Toe. However, there's a twist. The board is made up of 9 3x3 areas, so there are sections and subsections. The subsection that your opponent goes in dictates which section you are allowed to play in. For example, if your opponent plays in the middle subsection of the upper-left section, your next move must be one of the subsections of the middle section. Once someone wins a section, that section is owned by them. If your next move is supposed to be in a section that has already been owned, you are allowed to go anywhere on the board. To win, own 3 sections in a row!
